Our company has been establishing a company in Slovakia since 2006 and provides headquarters services in Komárno to its satisfied customers.
We undertake the establishment of Slovak limited companies, joint-stock companies or the administration of the change of ownership of a ready-made company, as well as we provide a registered headquarters service for Slovak companies by receiving and forwarding incoming shipments at favorable prices.

Registered seat of company

With our notified administrative headquarters service, we provide registered offices in the business register to Slovak companies (Slovak limited liability companies and joint stock companies). At our own office, incoming mail is received and forwarded electronically or physically to the designated accountant and the customer. This way, you do not have to rent a separate office or invest in real estate in order for your company registered in Slovakia to operate. Our registered office service can also be used by companies we have founded and companies that have already been established and registered elsewhere. We also undertake the administration of the relocation of the registered offices of companies previously registered elsewhere.

The founding documents of the companies we have founded are made by our notary partner, who has been cooperating with us for 14 years, prepared individually for the company to be established.   • Personal preliminary consultation, tax planning

  • Personal assistance at the notary

  • Preparation of a memorandum of association by a notary public

  • Making a copy of a signature title by a notary public

  • Authentic translation of the executive's moral certificate into Slovak

  • Notarial signature authentication

  • Obtaining a business license

  • Payment of business license fee

  • Secured document mailing to a court of registration

  • Personal assistance in opening a bank account in a Slovak bank of the customer's choice

  • Filling in the application for registration with a territorially competent tax office and submitting it to the tax office

  • Personal assistance in arranging an agreement with our partner accountant of the client's choice

  • Administration of a power of attorney for the receipt of postal items and payment of a postal fee. Authorizing the receipt of registered postal items by our company for the purpose of receiving them and forwarding them to the client or accounting firm.
