Our company has been establishing a company in Slovakia since 2006 and provides headquarters services in Komárno to its satisfied customers.
We undertake the establishment of Slovak limited companies, joint-stock companies or the administration of the change of ownership of a ready-made company, as well as we provide a registered headquarters service for Slovak companies by receiving and forwarding incoming shipments at favorable prices.
Registered seat of company
With our notified administrative headquarters service, we provide registered offices in the business register to Slovak companies (Slovak limited liability companies and joint stock companies). At our own office, incoming mail is received and forwarded electronically or physically to the designated accountant and the customer. This way, you do not have to rent a separate office or invest in real estate in order for your company registered in Slovakia to operate. Our registered office service can also be used by companies we have founded and companies that have already been established and registered elsewhere. We also undertake the administration of the relocation of the registered offices of companies previously registered elsewhere.

We can currently offer our clients four accounting firms, with whom we have been working successfully and continuously for many years. Our partner accountants speak Hungarian perfectly and know the accounting knowledge required for international trade or services.
Company formation in Slovakia
We undertake the complete administration of the establishment of Slovak limited liability companies and joint stock companies, from the preparation through the registration with the court of registration to the opening of a bank account. The founding documents of the companies we have founded are made by our notary partner, who has been cooperating with us for 14 years, prepared individually for the company to be established.
